•  I want to order costumes. I'm at the home page. How do I start?

Look at the left side of the screen. You will see a column of curved buttons that
represent all of the catalogs that are currently availabale. Click on the text of the
button that represents the catalog you wish to order from. This will load that
particular catalog onto the page. On the left, you will see all the
sections of the catalog, and above that, you will see a place where you can go to a
specific page or style.

If you click on one of the section names on the left, you will see a page of costumes
appear. This will be the first page of that section. Notice that you have a few costumes
in the center of the screen. If you click on “View Details” on any particular costume,
you will see the information appear on the right side of your screen.

You can click on the [Buy Now] button located on the detail screen, or under any costume,
to load up the order screen for that style. On the order screen, you fill in your quantities
for the sizes / colors you desire. When you have keyed in what you wanted, click on
the [Add to Cart] button located on the bottom of the screen.

You will be returned to the previous screen, where you will be able to locate
and select another costume or accessory

•  How do I find a specific costume in the current catalog?

At the top left side of the screen, there is a field marked “Style”. Type in the style number
(for example, 2103 ) and click on the [GO] button. If the style is found, it will be displayed
in the center of the screen; if not, you will see a message that tells you it can't be found.

Reminder: each catalog has different styles. A style in the Competitor catalog may not be
in the Holiday catalog, so you may have to load up other catalogs to look for your style.

•  I don't see pricing, and I can't seem to buy anything. What's wrong?

You can only see pricing and / or order costumes when you are logged in.
Please log into the site to see prices.

•  How do I know what I've selected so far?

At the top of the screen, locate the [View Cart] link and click on it. All the items for this
catalog that you have selected will be displayed.

•  How long does my shopping cart hold information?

For all catalogs except the “On Demand”, it will be held for 30 days. The “On Demand”
catalog is different, and only saves your cart for 1 hour.

•  I had a problem with my PC or connection in the middle of selecting costumes.
Did I lose my shopping cart?

No. We keep the cart here on our system. But we recommend that after you log back
into our site, you should view and verify your cart to see where you left off.

•  I don't see the costume I want in the catalog I'm browsing – but it's in a different catalog.
How do I add it to my cart?

Because of the nature of our business, some catalogs requires a separate shopping cart
– and a separate order. For example, Competitor, Ballet and Holiday items will all group in
one cart. But if you are looking for items from "On Demand" or "Statler Music", you will
need to go into each catalog separately, and place two orders – one for each catalog.
