How do I change my password?
Log onto your account, and click on the “Profile” link. Key in your current password, and
your new password twice. If it all matches up, your password request will be processed,
and you will receive an e-mail confirming the new password.
My e-mail address has changed. How do I change it on your website?
It can't be changed on the website. You will need to send an e-mail to
customerservice@artstonecostumes.com from the e-mail account you wish to change it to,
and give us the following information: your account number, name, studio or business
name, full address, contact phone number and the old e-mail address that was on file.
For example, if your old e-mail was JaneDancer@aol.com , and your new e-mail
is DancingJane@yahoo.com , you'd have to go into the Yahoo e-mail (new account)
and send a message to customerservice@artstonecostumes.com from that account,
with a message like:
“This is Jane Jones from My Dance Studio, account #12345; my address is
12 Main Street , Anytown , NY , 11111 . I would like to change my account e-mail
from JaneDancer@aol.com to this Yahoo e-mail account ( Dancing Jane@yahoo.com );
my phone number is 1-444-555-1212 ”
