Checking an Order / Second Payments

How do I check the status of my order using the website?
Log onto your account, go into the catalog where you ordered from, and at the top of
the screen on the home page, locate and click on the “Order History” link. All your orders
for this catalog will be displayed, along with the status. If you don't see your order, try a different catalog
I have a balance due on order. How do make a second payment?
Log onto your account, select the catalog you were in, and click on the “Order History” link.
Locate your order (should be marked as “OPEN”) and click on the order number.
A screen will be displayed showing you all the order detail, and you will see a big message
in red across the screen that tells you that you need to make another payment.
Click on the [Make Additional Payment] button
A new screen will be displayed. Fill in the payment information as needed
Click on the [Make Additional Payment] button at the bottom to continue.
I have a big order and I want to pay it right away using two credit cards.
How do I do that?
Place your order online, and use the first credit card – you must make a 50% or more deposit.
Submit the order, and get your order number. Now, due to the processing cycle of our system,
we need about an hour for that order to work it's way through to the database properly. Log off,
and give it about an hour or so. Then log back on later, and make a second payment
(see the previous question)
